I was excited to see a posting from you, Sarah. Your community has missed you, I hope you feel the love as you re-emerge. There is much respect and admiration for your commitment to what is best for you and your family. When you take care of you, it’s the same as taking care of us. I feel a greater trust knowing you honor life and truth in this way. A big WELCOME BACK hug to you!
Loved seeing you in my inbox this morning and appreciate you even more (if that's possible!). Thank you for your beautiful human-ness and not getting trapped in the unnatural flow of deadlines and expectations. We embrace you and your schedule, whatever it may be! Sending love... 💗
Welcome back! So thankful you took time for yourself! I am a firm believer that you cannot serve from an empty vessel. Enjoy the refreshment of your soul. I look forward to hearing from you as you are guided to share. Much love!
Welcome back Sarah- oh how I have missed you and you beautiful word & love. I fully understand and agree with your message above, but still missed you. I am looking forward to be hearing from you more often again. However please be gentle with yourself- I love you Sista. Wendy xxx🙏🏻♥️♥️
Dear Sarah, how genuine and authentic you remain. I’ve often wondered how you were able to harness the energy and spirit to keep writing and sharing, sustaining such a vulnerable state. I found it hard to keep up with your offerings and would end but binge reading. Alas, you are human, like me. Your post reminds me that I too have permission to rest and do not always have to push. I welcome the slower pace and send you healing energy.
Oh Lindsey...thank you for this note. It was getting to feel a bit overwhelming, and I'm so happy you welcome the shift as well. I am so very human, just like you..I receive your healing energy with an open heart. love,Sarah
Thank you for showing the way - how to show up when it’s right for you, how to give but keep your own needs close and met, how to listen to the rhythm of your life. I did not learn this from my own mom nor does the world we live in teach it - but as you said this world needs this and us.
I don't think any of us were taught this...this is a period of great re-orienting and un-learning, so we may evolve into a more kind, and unhurried humanity. Thank you for this note, Alex.
Your meditations have helped me to re-orient actually, in the last year within my own heart and in my own family. Perhaps where this process has to start for many. Your wisdom and heart are a gift that are making this available to so many. Thank you.
Welcome back Sarah! I have missed you incredibly as you’ve very much been a part of my TBI rehabilitation team these past few years. Yet like I have recently learned n am getting better at embracing, we really do need to go with the ebbs and flows of our lives as mother Nature continues so beautifully to show and encourage us to rather than try n fit into a societal box of expectations n now deemed ‘normal’ existence. Much love, respect n appreciation sent your way! 💞
This shared New Moon brings many beautiful and purposeful surprises..thank you, Sarah, for today's email is a gift I graciously, gratefully receive. With ♡
Welcome back, Sarah! I was starting to get worried if everything and everyone is alright! The season reference was simply divine! Looking forward to grow and shed and enrich together in the journey of seasons’ changing!
all is well, W L! thank you for this note of gratitude. The air felt like fall this morning...I too am looking forward to another season of more inward focused living. Love to you, and thank you for being here.
Sarah, I have to say, I am in admiration of your beautiful use of words, and the sear rawness in your honesty always moves me. You continue to empower my inner strength whenever I read or listen to you. With love xx
Hello Sarah! Thank you for modeling such depth of discernment within the seasons of your life.
What you share resonates so deeply with me. I stand outside each morning and observe and talk to my giant oak tree (the tree never speaks...at least not in words :). I have watched this tree move through each season of the year with slow grace. It has kept me grounded, reminding me of the important role my internal roots play in each of the seasons, connected to earth and Source.
I look forward to walking with you and this community again in days ahead!
I have a similar tree, except she is a towering aspen. It's incredible how feeling into them can transmit such a bodily sense of security and awareness. Thank you for your note, Tim. I am looking forward to walking with you as well. Onward!
To see your name in my inbox once again warmed my heart. I don’t know you as a person, so I guess I can’t miss you, but your words and your face and your wisdom, after all these years, I feel like I know as an intimate friend, and those I missed deeply. I think we all knew when you started folding in, the pace and depth were a lot for anyone. But here your words are again, and I am wholly ready to receive them. Bless you Sarah, our Dear One.
I love to hear you honor your seasons. Life is yours to navigate so write to us when you feel the call, when you have the time, when your heart sings to you. There is no timeline to follow. I love the allowance of constant flexibility, flow, readjustment. Thank you for the reminder to do the same. 🙏🏽

thank you so much, Emily. what a lovely note to receive.
I like your seasonal references.
Equating well-being with a permanent, bouncy projection, is exhausting.
It can be a facade, projected for public approval.
This is based on personal experience, not medical.
You can probably tell that!
Thank you, btw
Yes, I couldn't agree more. and thank you, Robert, for being here.
Love this, such an important lesson. Yes, we do try! 😅
oh yes! we do try! ha! love to you, dear Nina!
