I was excited to see a posting from you, Sarah. Your community has missed you, I hope you feel the love as you re-emerge. There is much respect and admiration for your commitment to what is best for you and your family. When you take care of you, it’s the same as taking care of us. I feel a greater trust knowing you honor life and truth in this way. A big WELCOME BACK hug to you!

Dear Sarah,

It has been so amazing reading your mails, your view on life and different connections you make with nature. I found it very impressive how you were able to this and then also finding time to connect with all of us. It takes alot of energy and it takes even more time to replenish yourself....I think we all will understand the changes you made.. and I'm glad you did. The things you talk about and relate to us are things to think deeply about and I often found a week not enough time. You made a great decision and very happy you did so.

Thank you for sharing and showing so much more then we dare to see....

Look after yourself, its so nice the connections you have, they need your time to just think and be....

X

Thank you for taking care of yourself Sarah! I have always said we should get up with the sun and go to sleep with the moon but life seems to say otherwise most if the time. I love the seasonal following as well. Mother Nature has given us the template. Oh, if only we could follow it. A lesson for us all.

Welcome back! ❤️🙏🏻

Dear Sarah, how genuine and authentic you remain. I’ve often wondered how you were able to harness the energy and spirit to keep writing and sharing, sustaining such a vulnerable state. I found it hard to keep up with your offerings and would end but binge reading. Alas, you are human, like me. Your post reminds me that I too have permission to rest and do not always have to push. I welcome the slower pace and send you healing energy.

Thank you for showing the way - how to show up when it’s right for you, how to give but keep your own needs close and met, how to listen to the rhythm of your life. I did not learn this from my own mom nor does the world we live in teach it - but as you said this world needs this and us.

Welcome back Sarah! I have missed you incredibly as you’ve very much been a part of my TBI rehabilitation team these past few years. Yet like I have recently learned n am getting better at embracing, we really do need to go with the ebbs and flows of our lives as mother Nature continues so beautifully to show and encourage us to rather than try n fit into a societal box of expectations n now deemed ‘normal’ existence. Much love, respect n appreciation sent your way! 💞

I like your seasonal references.

Equating well-being with a permanent, bouncy projection, is exhausting.

It can be a facade, projected for public approval.

This is based on personal experience, not medical.

You can probably tell that!

Thank you, btw

Hello Sarah! Thank you for modeling such depth of discernment within the seasons of your life.

What you share resonates so deeply with me. I stand outside each morning and observe and talk to my giant oak tree (the tree never speaks...at least not in words :). I have watched this tree move through each season of the year with slow grace. It has kept me grounded, reminding me of the important role my internal roots play in each of the seasons, connected to earth and Source.

I look forward to walking with you and this community again in days ahead!

To see your name in my inbox once again warmed my heart. I don’t know you as a person, so I guess I can’t miss you, but your words and your face and your wisdom, after all these years, I feel like I know as an intimate friend, and those I missed deeply. I think we all knew when you started folding in, the pace and depth were a lot for anyone. But here your words are again, and I am wholly ready to receive them. Bless you Sarah, our Dear One.
