I'm back after what seems both like a yawning space of time and a blink of an eye! I did not anticipate taking such an extended pause from you, but life sometimes surprises and confounds us. Many lessons arrived on my shore these past months, and I needed time to discern the meaning hidden in each. Mostly, I felt I required time to feel spaciousness.
During my time away, I remembered something I'm sure I will have to relearn time and time again: we are like the seasons, never to be in perpetual bloom, and yet we do try, don't we? There are significant periods between the bare branch and the bud, the blossom and the fruit, and the letting go into the long winter sleep. Somewhere in our societal learning, we neglected to tend to this rhythm and are now primarily stuck in a rigid, demanding uncomfortable production line. I suspect if we are to heal this planet, there must be greater and greater respect for our natural cycles, with built-in periods of rest, playfulness and guilt-free hours dedicated to wonder and awe.
All this to say, as I continually learn and discover, my offering will be changing slightly to be more fluid and adaptive to my seasons. I am very committed to being here, as heart-full and authentic as possible, and I need room for spontaneity and flexibility to continue my sharing. You can expect to receive anywhere from 2-4 posts per month, which will now include spontaneous "Sit with Sarah" virtual meditation gatherings. "Folding In" will resume, but not on a strict weekly basis, to alleviate some of the stress and pressure that was beginning to build in my solar plexus.
To respect all parts of me, I must honour the soft soil in my core. I claim a level of peace and possibility for my life, where nothing feels excluded, and all my needs are held with equal respect and reverence. May we each find the courage to heed the body's wisdom and seasonal shifts.
Thank you for being here as I grow and change. I vow to continue to show up as authentically as I can. I'm sure there will be many evolution’s for us as we journey together, and I love that we are a part of one another's bloom.
love,
Sarah

Reemergence
I was excited to see a posting from you, Sarah. Your community has missed you, I hope you feel the love as you re-emerge. There is much respect and admiration for your commitment to what is best for you and your family. When you take care of you, it’s the same as taking care of us. I feel a greater trust knowing you honor life and truth in this way. A big WELCOME BACK hug to you!
Dear Sarah,
It has been so amazing reading your mails, your view on life and different connections you make with nature. I found it very impressive how you were able to this and then also finding time to connect with all of us. It takes alot of energy and it takes even more time to replenish yourself....I think we all will understand the changes you made.. and I'm glad you did. The things you talk about and relate to us are things to think deeply about and I often found a week not enough time. You made a great decision and very happy you did so.
Thank you for sharing and showing so much more then we dare to see....
Look after yourself, its so nice the connections you have, they need your time to just think and be....
