Thank you Sarah… coming home from work today- it being Friday, left me somewhat sad. I sat with it. Sometimes I think we don’t know what to do with ourselves. Our work week is done, our families are taken care of… we are left with ( or I am) an empty feeling. I looked in my email and said maybe Sarah has something new, and there you were. I thank you for this meditation and the reminder that the emptiness needs to be filled by ME, caring for myself. Thank you ❤️

The other day I saw a poem that reminded me of you:

''The sound of your voice

reminds me

that the world

can be a safe place''

By Christy Ann Martine.

Thank you Sarah. It felt like I was right there with you, surrounded by nature.

Is it normal to want to wake up so badly but also be terrified that you already are and this is it? The engine is running but your heart is incapable of or your undeserving of feeling/ receiving love? Xx

Thank you so much for sharing these words. The calmed me so much, I felt so much space within me. I love this photo of you. Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us. I love to see that we write our meditations in the same way, emerged in nature. Big sky and water. Sending you all so much love!

My first attempt at meditation since giving birth. Sat with my 3 week old feeding whilst listening to your words was a very peaceful start to our morning. Thank you x

Thank you Sarah for the invitation to reconnect with my curios innocent self. I listened to this particular meditation 3 times as it took me that long to realize I’m just tired of schedules and self imposed expectations and have forgotten to ask my inner child what does she want to do in this moment. I’m hoping to have more conversations with my sweet and curios innocent self. Thank you for sharing your heart with us. You are a blessing to the world 💖

Thank you Sarah, walking is my go to when I feel stuck. The other day I woke up a little flat, I went for a walk down to the beach and sat in the gentle waves, hands and feet dug in the tiny stones, and just like that I started to sing.

Thank you mother nature 🙏❤🌊🌳
