This meditation was exactly what I needed today. I took a mental health day off of work, and woke up with my brain obsessively planning all of the things that I could, and that I should, do to maximize my day. But really, all I want to do is read a book in bed, maybe go for a walk, and not have to "be productive." This was the permission that my body was craving. Thank you.
