Hi friend,

I've made some new meditations available now on Apple Music and Spotify. (just search my name and they’ll pop up)

Each time I sit to record a guided meditation, I am surprised at the peace that meets me in my efforts. We are part of a dynamic exchange between the seen and the unseen. When I still myself and return to quiet essence, I find a river that embraces my being and welcomes me home. As Rumi said, "lay down by the stream and let it whisper secrets into you." The secrets I hear, I share with you, not in an attempt to lead, but to continue sowing the seeds. Nature demands we spill our thousands of kernels. It relentlessly rattles our stalk until we are split open into an offering.

I easily forget this give and take that is asked of us. I want to hide from the process. The giving of our offering leaves us vulnerable and empty before the crowd. However, the peace I meet in my meditation bolsters me with reassurance. It lives like a sounding bell behind my fear and gently reminds me of my role in the dance.

Find the quiet, open to it. Let it spill secrets into you, and be ready to be rattled toward your unique offering.
